So if you want to spend endless time philosophizing and gabbing about things that don’t matter, Plus is certainly for you.

The “Merchant Success Manager”, almost all of whom are non-technical in nature, also tend to have a bad habit of jumping into technical tickets and wasting even more time.

The problem, I think, is that right now Plus is made for the inefficient way big companies work. You know, the behemoths that move slowly and can’t change or innovate easily. Companies that don’t mind oozing money for little or few results.

Whereas many people that want to “upgrade” to Plus, merely want the next level of Shopify they’ve come to know and love. As of the time of this writing, I really think the next level above Advanced is yet to be made.

That said, I can’t wait until it’s made. Advanced is awesome. If Shopify is listening, there should be a “Plus” for Advanced small businesses someday that’s equally awesome.
